Sweet Smoothie

My favorite meal substitute is a protein fruit smoothie and a banana, and today I definitely need extra energy. I’m cooking for book club tonight, The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake, and packing for our move tomorrow.

    For a books of energy I will typically have toast or eggs, or a smoothie.
