I take my shopping very seriously. And believe me, I’m a smart shopper. Whether it’s discovering the latest gluten-free ancient grain or snagging the perfect pair of beach-ready earrings, my online shopping abilities are well known. That’s why I’m so excited to be a part of Shopswell, an entire site devoted to unearthing gadgets, gizmos, books, movies and more – all at great prices
Shopswell combines user reviews, videos and price tracking in a single source, and it’s all ad free. (Which is awesome because I really can’t stand it when I’m in my office “working” only to have some noisy video ad pop up unexpectedly, giving away my secret to my entire family!)
What I love about Shopswell is checking out what everyone else is reviewing. It’s like getting a sneak peek into their closet or garage! On Shopswell’s sister site, Playswell (where I’m a curator), I discovered the Mindware Keva Maple 200 Plank Set, snagged one on Amazon, and my family has had hours of fun playing with the planks. As much as I shop, I never would have found this cool building toy on my own.
One of my favorite features about Shopswell is the list feature. I love, love, love lists! You should see my Bullet Journal – I’ve got a home decorating to-do list, a memory making list, a travel wish list, and so on. Shopswell lists are kind of like traditional wish lists, but you can group your items even more specifically, like in the kitchen, books and movies, etcetera. Here’s a look at my “In the Kitchen” list – a list of actual items I use on a daily basis:
Awesome list, right?! I can also create wish lists (if you follow me, you’ll see a Lilly Pulitzer dress in my wish list). And Shopswell is visual rather than text-based, so you can see the actual items on someone’s list rather than reading through the list.
Shopswell also offers a price tracker feature, so you don’t have to obsessively watch your favorite item to make sure you’re getting the best price. Just set up your watched item (I have this Lilly dress on my watch list) and get notified when the price drops or changes. Sweet!
I joined Shopswell in the beta version, but you can start your own Shopswell experience here. And while you’re at it, you’ll need some money to spend, so be sure to enter the Shopswell giveaway – you could win a one-year Amazon Prime membership or a $99 Amazon gift card if you’re already a member.
So, my fellow shoppers, what are you waiting for?! Go forth and Shopswell! And don’t forget to enter the giveaway!
And while you’re at it, check out Shopswell on Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest!

This looks like a dangerous site – HA! Only kidding…
