Easy Weekend Menu

Whip up this salad today, and you’ll have plenty of meals all weekend long! That leaves more time for playing, football, shopping…whatever’s on your to-do list. If you don’t want to fire up the grill for the flatbread, simply use a cast-iron or other heavy grill pan on the stove on high heat (just don’t turn up the temp too high on your non-stick grill pan). Or substitute store-bought flatbread. After all, you want to get that mani, yes?
