Fresh tomatoes doused in California olive oil and champagne vinegar, seasoned with a dash of sea salt and a quick grind of black pepper, perfectly drenching the crispy Rosemary garlic bread I found at La Costa Farms. Who needs to cook when assembling tastes so fresh.
