Last night the stars were in alignment and the pizza goddesses were smiling down upon me.
After two failed attempts at making pizza in my new house, I finally embraced that which previously eluded me: success! No pizza plopping on the floor, no burnt bottom, just crispy, saucy, divine pizza.
It’s about time.
Ahhhh the dark spots of cheese are what does it for me! Mmmmmm, I would love a slice!
