Artichoke Dip

Artichoke dip is a classic way to use that California favorite, the artichoke. Serve this at your next potluck or BBQ and have your recipe cards handy. Everyone will want to know how you make it!
Ingredients
  • 1 8-ounce can artichoke hearts (water packed)
  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (the kind in the green can works best)
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 350°.
  2. Drain and chop artichokes.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a medium ovenproof dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is beginning to brown.
  5. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
