Gluten-Free Chex Mix

Serves: 5 cups
- 4 ½ cups Corn Chex cereal
- ½ cup mixed nuts
- ½ cup Snyder’s gluten-free mini pretzels
- ½ cup Glutino’s gluten-free parmesan and garlic bagel chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ teaspoon gluten-free seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 250° F.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stove.
- In a large bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder; stir in the butter.
- Add the Corn Chex cereal, mixed nuts, pretzels and bagel chips to the bowl and combine with the spice mix until coated.
- Spread cereal mix onto a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and serve.
